A reflow oven is a piece of equipment that forms bumps and flips chip packages, taking advantage of the thermal energy during the semi-conductor packaging process. The reflow oven transmission rail is a facility that sends wafers in and out and controls the reflow time. It is driven by a motor. Therefore, motor abnormalities will increase the defect rate throughout the process and even lead to downtime of the production line.
Our: “Smart Vibration Diagnosis and Monitoring Solution” sends out an alert message as soon as the motor experiences abnormalities with its smart vibration sensor and smart current sensor that work with the Edge AI Host to avoid continuation with abnormal processes and allow early replacement of the abnormal motor so that the uptime of the machine may be maintained.
