"Sensing the future " is not only our mission but also our vision. While technology is constantly advancing, how to improve the efficacy of machinery and automation to become a smart factory have always been an important issue valued in respective industries. We take the lead in introducing the new idea of combing various smart sensors with the AI technology, which will not only help see through the operational status of machines that was impossible to understand and forecast in the past but also be able to forecast possible causes of failure of a machine and notify the operator to inspect in advance. It can also avoid losses incurred from failure-resultant downtime and boost the operational efficiency and competitive advantages of the factory.

Harbor Technology, after years of constant research, development, and innovation, combines the acoustics-based audio signal processing technology and the noise-canceling technology of AI algorithm in the AI sensor that it has researched and developed and introduces the: AI Diagnostic and Prognostic Solution (AIDPS) that is leading in the industry; it addresses the dominant frequency that was hard to detect and identify in the past in a complex environment and forecasts changes in the fit state of each piece of equipment through the AI model and is a best choice for boosting the throughput and yield rate of respective industries.
History
Harbor Technology, since 2015, has been focusing on acoustic audio signal processing and the research and development of AI technologies. It combined audio signal processing technology with vibration data processing technology in 2019 and developed the first-of-its-kind: the Muses-stream™ core technology for multi-channel high-speed real-time data transmission and the Vibration Guard Series - Smart Vibration Diagnosis and Monitoring Solution that is applicable to industries such as machinery, semi-conductor, manufacturing, energy, construction, and vehicle, among others.
In 2022, we successfully developed the world’s first: Power Guard Series - Ultra-early-stage Partial Discharge Diagnosis and Monitoring System, which has been widely applied to the heavy electrical equipment in respective industries, such as machinery, semi-conductor, manufacturing, energy, construction, and vehicle, among others.
To meet customer demand and as an extension of existing technologies, we combined AI technologies and the IOT platform in 2023 to further include the cloud technology in various types of self-developed AI sensors so that they are applicable to the AIOT platform in respective industries.
